After a month abroad, we returned to water in our upstairs bathroom and all over the lower level. I called insurance and within a short time, a crew (Isaac F, Jack W, Chase C, Noah F) arrived and began assessing the water damage. They pulled everything out and put all the items on higher ground. Pads were put under all the furniture. They worked Thursday night and returned Friday morning. Mike came on Saturday to check if the fans were properly placed and to check water levels.
I want to add that I’ve been working with Chris. Am so grateful that he’s working on our case. I am able to text him as I’m out of town often. He responds immediately / late at night, weekends, early morning. He took care of contacting a company as we tested positive got asbestos and could not begin the remodel of our bathroom until the asbestos was removed. He’s getting a project manager to remodel the bathroom. All I’ve had to do was pick out materials for the bathroom. We also need to replace carpeting and he’s having a company come to the house with samples. Chris has helped every step along the way in getting our project done. He has been a great advocate with the insurance adjuster and the people who will put in the tiles. So appreciative to have been working with him.
