The team of experts were very quick at finding source of the issue, had good equipment, and stopped further damage. They communicated well, came when they said they were coming and were thorough in remediation of our water leak. I appreciated them from start to finish. I would recommend them and trust them with my home and would use again.

We have had some water damage from a toilet overflow, which affected our ceiling in the lower level of our house and our upstairs floor and toilet. Arko had 2 repair men come out about a week ago they brought fans and dehumidfier to dry out our basement ceiling downstairs and fans to dry the floor and in the upstairs bathroom, their names were Nooh F. and Kelvin. They brought all the equipment in set it up, and gave us a welcome package to look over. Letting us know this would be a process. These guys were great, friendly and informative. Great job. Also a big shout out to Brandon, he got the ball rolling for us and was very helpful organizing this whole process. He made us feel relaxed and knows alot about the insurance side of things. This was last week. Today June 30th, we had the floor in the upstairs bathroom ripped out and the ceiling downstairs removed where the water damage occured. Their names Chase and Haynner. These guys were a great team too! They were here a couple of hours removed all the damaged floor and ceiling, cleaned up all the dust and debris. put all the drying equipment back and turned on those lovely fans! Arko has a great team of people, all of you work hard and have been so respectful of my husband and I. Even my barking dog. Shout out to our customer service coordinator Lindsay Penfield we look forward to working with you too. We recently had a plumbing leak under our kitchen sink that turned into a much bigger project than we expected. Although the work isn't complete yet, I wanted to recognize the outstanding service we've received from ARKO so far. Noah has been our lead throughout the process, and he has done an excellent job keeping us informed, answering questions, and making sure everything moves along smoothly. Kelvin and Jack have also been fantastic. They have been professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and extremely thorough. The team has handled demolition, moisture testing, mold remediation, and coordination with our insurance company, and they've taken the time to explain every step of the process along the way. It's never fun dealing with water damage, but they've made a stressful situation much easier to manage. Thanks again to Noah, Kelvin, and Jack for all of your hard work. We truly appreciate it and look forward to seeing the finished result.
