Additional work completed today by Chase and Haynner, Brian was out this morning to show them what was to be taken out. Chase and Haynner not only took everything out but cleaned up the area great. They had plastic up when removing the sheetrock which really kept any dust from coming into the rest of the home. Arko these 4 employees have been very awesome to have working in my home. Brian andKelvin showed up late in the day, they were very professional, took extra care on stairs to be sure the stairs were protected when bring wet items out, and drying items in. Treated home as if it were their own. Would highly recommend them.

Brian & Gio provided top tier service to mitigate a water problem. They were knowledgeable and experienced in assessing and addressing the issue. They were timely and professional. They took great care working through the project from beginning to end. They prepared everything accordingly in order for the next service professional to continue the repair process.

Kitchen sink overflowed! Water went everywhere, all over floors, under sink behind walls and went downstairs into my son's room and bathroom ceilings and walls. It was a hot mess! My plumber recommended we do mitigation right away. Arko Restoration was highly recommended. We knew we had to address the water damage right away, not only for our home but also because my son has breathing issues. Restoration technician Jack V. Came out to our home and put down fans and started working right away to mitigate the water damage. I know he had to work fast but I didn't know he would truly be that fast! At one point I was so stressed out because of the whole situation that I thought I was gonna cry but Jack was so caring and said such kind words of encouragement that made me feel much better. Thank you Arko Resoration for your quick response and a very SPECIAL thanks to Jack V and everyone who have done such hard work and will be helping us along this restoration journey.

Noah F was very good informing me what he was planning to do and how everything works. He found the problem and took pictures for mitigation. Set up the fans to start the restoration. Noah is so easy to work with and asked me if I had any questions.
